Are they Goethe’s Faust or tortured souls crushed by the weight of their money bags in Dante’s Fourth Circle of Hell?

AP: Many donors to Clinton Foundation met with her at State

WASHINGTON (AP) — More than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state gave money — either personally or through companies or groups — to the Clinton Foundation. It's an extraordinary proportion indicating her possible ethics challenges if elected president.

Hillary Clinton’s Non-Indictment Might Not Help Her

Michael Barone - Comey didn’t put an end to this story. "Unindicted co-conspirator”: Technically, the term, made familiar in the Watergate scandals, does not apply to Hillary Clinton, since no one has been or apparently will be indicted in the e-mails case. But if you read the bulk of FBI director James Comey’s statement, it’s plain that Hillary Clinton and her top aides conspired to do things that violated the law. And yet Comey made it clear she would not be indicted. --Comey said that “no reasonable prosecutor” would indict her, even though the facts he set out show that she violated section 793(f) of the criminal code. That section does not require criminal intent but imposes liability in cases of “gross negligence.” It’s hard to distinguish that from Comey’s description of the conduct of Clinton and her aides as “extremely careless.” Can Comey’s decision be justified?

Hillary Clinton aide moves to block release of deposition video

Hillary Clinton's former chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, is asking a federal judge to order a conservative group not to release audio or video recordings of a deposition Mills is scheduled to give Friday about Clinton's use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state. --Mills' attorneys filed a motion Wednesday afternoon saying they fear that the group that sought Mills' deposition in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, Judicial Watch, will use any recording to distort Mills' testimony and advance the group's anti-Clinton agenda. Dem senator: Clinton’s Wall Street speeches 'in the past'

     Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) on Friday said Hillary Clinton's paid speeches to Wall Street firms such as Goldman Sachs are "in the past" and not worth delving into.      "The fact is that's in the past," she said on MSNBC when asked about Clinton's past speeches to the banking firm.      "They're done, so it doesn't matter whether or not you support that or not," Shaheen said.

Whoa: Hillary e-mail instructs aide to transmit classified data without markings

Has the State Department released a smoking gun in the Hillary Clinton e-mail scandal? In a thread from June 2011, Hillary exchanges e-mails with Jake Sullivan, then her deputy chief of staff and now her campaign foreign-policy adviser, in which she impatiently waits for a set of talking points. When Sullivan tells her that the source is having trouble with the secure fax, Hillary then orders Sullivan to have the data stripped of its markings and sent through a non-secure channel. --That should be game, set, and match, yes?

Media Silent about Hillary's Smear of Trump

The fabricated on-air debate claim of Hillary Clinton that Islamic State is showing videos of Republican frontrunner Donald Trump "to recruit more radical jihadists" has gone largely unchallenged in the mainstream media. --In fact it is the Benghazi bungler's husband, not Trump, who is featured in an Islamic State (a.k.a. ISIS, ISIL, and Daesh) recruiting video in which he is labeled a "fornicator" for his many sexual improprieties.

Questions Legitimate Journalists Should Be Asking Hillary Clinton

On Sept. 14, 2012, three days after the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods in Benghazi, Libya, Hillary Clinton appeared at Andrews air force base, where she spoke with family members of those slain.  Shortly afterward, Tyrone Woods' father reported that she told him, "We are going to have the filmmaker arrested who was responsible for the death of your son."

Emails: CNN Reporter Coordinated With Hillary Aide To Smear Rand Paul During 2013 Benghazi Hearing

A CNN reporter who was recently suspended for two weeks for violating the network's editorial guidelines showed up in a new trove of State Department emails released on Tuesday in which she appears to have coordinated social media posts with a top Hillary Clinton State Department aide during the former secretary of state's Jan. 23, 2013 Senate testimony about the Benghazi attacks.
