House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., says he has no influence over Republican convention delegates' decisions on whether to change their minds about supporting Donald Trump. Ryan, who endorsed Trump earlier this month, is the convention's chairman. But he told NBC's "Meet the Press" host Chuck Todd, "It is not my job to tell delegates to do, what not to do, or to weigh in on things like that. They write the rules. They make their decisions."
