Marco Rubio, long the heartthrob of much of the so-called conservative media such as the National Review and Fox News, has now being thrust onto center stage as the last best hope of the establishment. His third place showing in Iowa this past week was the subject of perhaps the most fawning coverage by the broadcast media in this election cycle.
